Jasmine was wonderful. I had a hard time getting connected through babonbo. But on the morning of our arrival I asked how quickly I could get the stroller and she raced right over! The stroller was a life (and back) saver to get through all we had planned in a few days. And it was in perfect condition and easy to use. She was even accommodation when we left and was able to pick up the stroller from our hotel when we had to catch our train.

Awful experience as they provided a broken crib which meant the items were not quality checked before delivery. That is concerning on its own given the crib is for infant use and the wheel of the crib was unstable making the entire crib unstable. While they did offer a replacement, that meant my holiday with my family needed to be placed on hold to wait for their delivery availability, which we opted not to. Not only did we not receive any compensation for receiving a broken item, the agreed upon pick up time for the items were not met. We had a flight back home and the pick up never happened. I reached out multiple times during the agreed upon pick up time with no response. We had to resort to having our air bnb host help them retrieve the items from inside when their cleaners were present. It wasn't until THREE HOURS later when I was already at the airport, boarding my flight that I heard from them asking to let them into the flat to pick up the items. This was a terrible experience and I will not recommend this service to anyone who wants to have a stress free holiday.
