The stroller is definitely used, but based on its manufacturing date on the stroller (2014) and the fact that all sidewalks are build from stone and very bumpy it's in good condition.

Very useful and super efficient service. I took a resistant stroller for my six year old son during the Christmas holidays and I was very satisfied. The stroller was of excellent quality and complete with accessories. In addition, I had requested the delivery of the stroller to my hotel for New Year's Day but since it was a holiday the delivery was not available. For free the Babonbo staff had the stroller delivered to me two days in advance solving my problem. They deserve a prize for the professionalism and seriousness demonstrated.

Very bad communication, no exact time for delivery and pickup, so impossible to plan anything.It is not possible to change the reservation duration even when the stroller is still not delivered. And by the end it was not the same Stroller as I booked, but the cheaper version.
So cool idea, but too expensive for this kinde of service.
