Super clean, super strong, in perfect condition and looked practically new! Lightweight, easy to fold, with rain and foot cover which finally were very necessary.

Perfect experience - Great and fast communication throughout the process with Olga, including pickup and drop off.
The stroller where delivered to the concierge before we checked in at my hotel and picked up again after I left. The stroller was in great shape and lightweight and easy to take around in London.
Olga even made sure I had a rain cover, foot muffs, one umbrella and a protective bag to store the stroller. That's excellent.
We highly recommend to rent a stroller with Rent It Smart if You are visiting London. Olga is great!

Victoria was so great.. she met us at the hotel, took time to show how the pram worked, and communicated with us throughout the whole process. She made the process of renting the pram so easy and convenient for us. The pram itself was also convenient.. I loved the ability to quickly fold it up and carry it via shoulder strap. We used it with our 4 yr old who is at the top of the size limit and it was sized fine for him. We walked 10+ miles a day throughout a weekend in London, and we used the pram the whole time. Highly recommend.

Jasmine was wonderful. I had a hard time getting connected through babonbo. But on the morning of our arrival I asked how quickly I could get the stroller and she raced right over! The stroller was a life (and back) saver to get through all we had planned in a few days. And it was in perfect condition and easy to use. She was even accommodation when we left and was able to pick up the stroller from our hotel when we had to catch our train.

Awful experience as they provided a broken crib which meant the items were not quality checked before delivery. That is concerning on its own given the crib is for infant use and the wheel of the crib was unstable making the entire crib unstable. While they did offer a replacement, that meant my holiday with my family needed to be placed on hold to wait for their delivery availability, which we opted not to. Not only did we not receive any compensation for receiving a broken item, the agreed upon pick up time for the items were not met. We had a flight back home and the pick up never happened. I reached out multiple times during the agreed upon pick up time with no response. We had to resort to having our air bnb host help them retrieve the items from inside when their cleaners were present. It wasn't until THREE HOURS later when I was already at the airport, boarding my flight that I heard from them asking to let them into the flat to pick up the items. This was a terrible experience and I will not recommend this service to anyone who wants to have a stress free holiday.
