Such a great experience renting a crib for our stay in Florence. The crib was as described, in good condition. Communication with Mariella was super easy and clear, and our requests for small adjustments to pick up and drop off times were graciously accommodated, including a very early morning pick up on the day we flew out of Florence. I would absolutely use this service again and likely consider it for additional baby gear in future trips.

Great communication by the host. Very much accommodating. Stroller had lil hole in the basket carrier down but for me it served the purpose. Europe is hard to maneuver double stroller, so I don't blame the stroller. Stroller looks old but no complaints. I am happy with the price and what I got. Thank you so much

The cargo bike was great! It was in good condition and battery was fully charged. Carmine was friendly and helpful at the pickup and drop-off and we got an extra lock from him just to be sure.
Don’t expect a brand new bike, but battery, brakes and gears were great and that’s what matters.

Merci Babonbo! En voyage à Florence pendant 4 jours avec notre fils de 3 ans, nous avions oublié la poussette "erreur" heureusement Babonbo existe. Nous avons pris une location de deux jours et cela à sauvé notre séjour.
Rapide, bonne communication, facilité de récupération etc.. le top. Je conseil juste de prendre le plus gros modèle de poussette qui est au même tarif car la 22kg était juste en taille pour notre fils de 3 ans.
